How to Play Number Match
Number Match is a free browser game where you test your intuition by selecting six numbers from a grid of 1 to 50. Once you have made your selections, press the Pick Numbers button to generate a random set of six target numbers. The game then compares your choices against the generated result and awards points for every number that appears in both sets. The more matches you land, the higher your score climbs.
The game offers two distinct modes to keep things interesting. In Practice mode you can play as many rounds as you like with no restrictions, making it ideal for warming up, experimenting with different selection strategies and getting comfortable with the interface. Daily Challenge mode presents a single puzzle each day, encouraging you to think carefully before committing your picks. Your daily results are tracked with a streak counter so you can see how many consecutive days you have played and scored.
Your points, personal best score and current streak are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This means your progress stays private on your device and is never transmitted to any server. There are no accounts to create, no downloads required and no personal data collected. Simply open the page and start picking numbers whenever you feel like a quick, relaxing challenge.
Number Match is designed to be a calm, low-pressure experience. There are no time limits, no leaderboards and no real-world prizes. The points you earn exist solely as a personal benchmark, allowing you to track your improvement over time.
